Through the development and implementation of a centralized service framework, thousands of United States universities have access to services and products at reduced cost.  The presenter will offer insights on how the centralize framework leveraged a membership business model, which allowed the center to scale services nationwide. Participants will learn about the assistive technology applications used, the massive open online free training course offered, and the technical assistance support center tools which students and service providers could access 24/7.
