خبير في مجال نفاذ تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات للمنصات الرقمية

يعمل مايك بارك حالياً كاستشاري ومدرب في قسم خدمات النفاذ الرقمي في مركز قطر للتكنلوجيا المساعدة مدى. وتشمل واجباته استشارات وتدريب خاصة بإمكانية الوصول إلى تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومراقبة برنامج اعتماد المواقع الإلكترونية الوطني. وقد عمل مايك مع منظمات منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر وزارة الداخلية القطرية وبوابة حكومة قطر “حكومي” وبنك قطر الوطني وشركة اتصالات قطر “أوريدو” والجزيرة والخطوط الجوية القطرية.

وقد عمل مايك في إدارة النفاذ الرقمي في المعهد الوطني الكندي للمكفوفين، حيث أجرى أعمال استشارية للعديد من الشركات الوطنية مثل ويس تجت وبنك إمبريال الكندي للتجارة وريسيرش إن موشن، بالإضافة إلى مؤسسات غير هادفة للربح ومؤسسات حكومية مثل وكالة الدخل القومي الكندية وسيرفس أونتاريو والشبكة الصحية الكندية.

يتمتع السيد بارك بخبرة أكثر من 15 عام في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات؛ حيث عمل كمدرب تكنولوجيا معلومات في بيئة تعليم بالغين وكمطور مواقع إلكترونية. وقد ركز في الأعوام الثمانية الأخيرة على التخصص في تصميم إمكانيات الوصول لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والوصول إلى المحتوى الرقمي من قِبَل ذوي الإعاقة..”

Mike Park

Expert in the ICT accessibility of digital platforms

Mike Park is a Consultant and Trainer in the e-Accessibility Services, policy and advisory
department at MADA Qatar Assistive Technology Center. His duties include expertise in IT accessibility consultancy and training, and oversees the national web accreditation program. Mike has worked with organizations such as Qatar Ministry of Interior, Hukoomi, QNB, Ooredoo, Al Jazeera, and Qatar Airways to name a few.

Previously, Mike Managed IT accessibility consulting at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, where he conducted consultancy work for major national corporations such as West Jet, CIBC, Research in Motion, along with non-profit and government entities such as the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Ontario and the Canadian Health Network.

Mr. Park has more than 15 years experience in information technologies; both as an IT trainer in an adult-learning environment and as a web developer. For the last 10 years, he has focused and specialized in accessible IT design and access to technology for people with disabilities.
