سابين ساندروس خبيرة تتميز بمهاراتها الرفيعة وتعمل مع مركز مدى منذ عام 2010، وتتولى قيادة برنامج بناء القدرات والشراكة في مركز الشفلح بجامعة قطر والمؤسسة القطرية لرعاية المسنين (إحسان). وتشمل مجالات خبرتها التخطيط والتصميم والتنفيذ والمتابعة والمراقبة والاختتام الناجح للمشروعات، كما تجري أبحاثًا وتنتج سياسات وتوصيات رسمية حول أهم القضايا المتعلقة بالسياسة والمشروعات التي يحددها مركز مدى. وتشارك السيدة/ سابين في أدق تفاصيل عملية مراجعة المواد وإنهاؤها ونشرها وترويجها حيث تتأكد من سير العمل بشكل منطقي من الناحية الأيديولوجية والتسويقية للتواصل. وتعمل بصفتها ضابط الاتصال مع الزملاء والجهات صاحبة المصلحة وتقوم بتحليل المسائل التشريعية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة. كما تقوم سابين ساندروس بعقد ورش عمل وبرامج تدريبية مشتركة في المؤسسات الشريكة، وقد تتعلق تلك الورش والبرامج مباشرة بمساعدة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة باستخدام التقنية المساعدة أو نقل المعرفة وبناء القدرات.

Sabine Sandros

Expert in assistive technology and building capabilities program

Sabine Sandros is a highly skilled expert working with Mada since 2010. She is involved in leading the building capabilities and capacities program and partnership at Shafallah Center, Qatar University and the Qatar Foundation for Elderly People Care – Ihsan. Her areas of expertise are planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and successful closure of the projects. She also researches and produces formal policies and recommendations on key policy issues and projects identified by Mada. Mrs. Sandros is deeply into the process by which materials are revised, finalized, published and promoted, ensuring a logical ideological and marketing workflow for communication. She works as a liaison with relevant colleagues and stakeholders, and analyzes relevant legislative and regulatory matters. Sabine Sandros also conducts joint workshops and training programs at partner organizations which may relate to either directly assisting people with disability with assistive technology or transferring knowledge and building capacity.
