أستاذ مساعد بمعلوماتية التعليم الطبي – كلية الطب، جامعة أرسطو جامعة أرسطو في سالونيك، اليونان

أسس وتولى قيادة أربع مجموعات بحثية هي معلوماتية التعليم الطبي، والتقنيات المساعدة والعلوم الفضية، وعلم الأعصاب التطبيقي والعاطفي، وأبحاث الخدمات الصحية. وخلال السنوات الثماني الأخيرة، عمل منسقًا لخمس مشروعات أوروبية ضخمة بالإضافة إلى كمراقب رئيسي للعديد من المشروعات الممولة على المستويين الوطني والدولي. يرأس جمعية التكنولوجيا الحيوية الطبية اليونانية (ELEBIT)، والجمعية الدولية للعلوم العصبية التطبيقية (SAN)، وعضو في مجالس إدارة جمعيات ومؤسسات أخرى تعنى بالعناية بالمرضى. وقد ترأس وفي بعض الأحيان نظم عددًا من المؤتمرات الدولية والوطنية حول التكنولوجيا الطبية الحيوية. وفي عام 2017، أصبح أستاذًا زائرًا في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم الطبي والابتكار والتغيير لدى معهد ليدز للتعليم الطبي (LIME) التابع لجامعة ليدز بالمملكة المتحدة.

Professor Panagiotis Bamidis

Assoc. Prof. of Medical Education Informatics - Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece

He has founded and has been leading four research groups, namely in Medical Education Informatics, Assistive Technologies and Silver Science, Applied and Affective Neuroscience, and in Health Services Research. For the last 8 years, he has been the co-ordinator of five large European projects as well as the principal investigator for many national and international funded projects. He is the President of the Hellenic Biomedical Technology Society (ELEBIT), the international Society of Applied Neuroscience (SAN), a member of the Administration Boards of other societies and patient associations. He is or has been the Chairman/Organiser of more than a dozen international conferences and several national Biomedical Technology conferences. In 2017, he became a visiting Professor of Medical Education Technology, Innovation and Change with the Leeds Institute of Medical Education (LIME) of the University of Leeds, UK.
