البروفيسور خوسيليا نيفيس

رئيس قسم دراسات الترجمة بالإنابة، كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، جامعة حمد بن خليفة

في مسيرتها كمحاضرة وباحثة جامعية، قادت نيفيس عددا من المشاريع التعاونية في مختلف المجالات – التلفزيون والسينما والسياحة والمتاحف والأماكن الثقافية والفنون المسرحية والتعليم – في محاولة لتوفير الوصول إلى الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، مما جعلها خبيرة في ترجمة الأفلام ، SDH ، الوصف الصوتي والاتصالات متعددة الحواس. وهي حالياً أستاذة متفرغة في جامعة حمد بن خليفة في قطر، حيث تُدرّس في برنامج الماجستير في الترجمة السمعية البصرية .وهي عضو في مجموعة TransMedia Research Group وعضو مجلس إدارة الجمعية الأوروبية للدراسات في ترجمة الشاشة.

Professor Joselia Neves

Acting Head of Translation and Interpreting Studies Department, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Hamad bin Khalifa University

In her career as a University teacher and researcher, she has led a number of collaborative projects in various fields – television, the cinema and DVD, tourism, museums and cultural venues, the performing arts and education – in an effort to provide access to people with a disability, which has made her an expert in interlingual subtitling, SDH, Audio description, Audio-tactile Transcreation and in multisensory communication. She is presently a Full Professor at Hamad bin Khalifa University, in Qatar, where she teaches on the MA in Audiovisual Translation. She is a member of the TransMedia Research Group and a board member of the European Association for Studies in Screen Translation.
